WHAT’S AN OPEN EDITION?
Unless otherwise noted, each photographic file for sale and licensing is an open edition, which is a photograph produced with no predetermined limit to the number of copies that might be made or sold.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I want you to love your purchase! I’ve gone to great lengths providing detailed product listings, explaining terms and conditions of use and visuals so customers know exactly what they’re getting before completing a purchase. As my photographs are delivered as high resolution digital files for immediate download, I cannot accept returns or requests for refunds.
DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL PRINTS AND FRAMING?
Not currently, no.
In the past I have created pop-up print shops with physical prints and shipping available. But in an attempt to take better care of the planet and get around shipping times, import taxes, Brexit, supply chain difficulties etc. etc. while servicing international customers, I now only offer digital file versions of my photographs for a print-it-yourself kind of service.
While there is nothing stopping you from simply printing the image on your own printer, I absolutely and strongly advice you to seek a higher quality experience of my work. And below you can find recommendations for printing and framing services that I have used myself in the past accommodating different budgets and geographical locations. These are just a few out of many online, but if you have a physical print store nearby, I will always encourage you to support your local community and small businesses :-)

CAN I BUY A HIGH-RES DIGITAL FILE SO I CAN MAKE A PRINT MYSELF?
Yes. That is what my print shop is all about.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will be able to download the photographic file almost immediately after payment is confirmed. No shipping, no waiting.
DO THE COLORS AND TONES OF THE ACTUAL PRINT LOOK LIKE THE IMAGE I SEE HERE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
I have made every effort to ensure accuracy between the images you see on my site and the final print. However, since the colors you see very much depend on your personal computer monitor settings, as well as choices your make at your printer’s regarding finish and ink, I cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate.
IS THERE A PLACE I CAN SEE YOUR PRINTS IN PERSON?
Currently I don’t have a gallery or workshop, but if you sign up to my email list you will be notified should I ever decide or get the opportunity to create a physical art space.
CAN I COPY OR USE THE IMAGES FROM THIS WEBSITE ON MY OWN WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT, BLOG, MAGAZINE, BUSINESS CARD, ETC.?
No, the print files available for purchase in my online shop are for personal use only. If you want to use an image of mine for any other purpose have a look at my commercial license galleries here and shoot me an email at info@camillajorvad.com outlining your wishes and needs and we’ll take it from there.

IF I BUY A PHOTOGRAPHIC PRINT OR A PIECE OF ORIGINAL ART, CAN I MAKE A COPY OF IT? DON’T I OWN IT?
When you purchase a print file with a “Personal license”, you do not purchase the copyright to that image nor the right to reproduce/sell/publish the image in any form: You purchase only a digital copy of the image.
The difference between personal and commercial use of a photo:
Commercial Use is any use:
that involves an exchange of money or other consideration.
that promotes a business, product, or service. (For instance, posting one of my photos on your professional Instagram account. Even if you are not directly selling in that specific post caption, it is still commercial use.)
where financial gain or other consideration is either sought or a result, directly or indirectly, of Licensee’s use of the Licensed Asset.

Examples of use permitted under a Personal Use license:
Have a physical print made to display in your own home.
Have a physical print made to gift to someone else.
Screensaver for your computer/tablet/laptop/phone
Custom cover for your mobile phone
One-time wedding (or other celebration) invitations
One-time school or class presentation / lecture
Needless to say, you are never allowed to pose as the creator or owner of the image, nor to distribute or re-sell the digital file.
